Stanford Sinclair Knox is a graduate of Communication studies at Mercer County Community College and looks to further his education at Rider University to complete his BA with a major in Communications and minor in Chinese. At a young age, Knox always had an intense love for food... and still does. Whether it’s chowing down his favorite breakfast cereal Cinnamon Toast Crunch, to slurping down a refreshing Wawa smoothie or even devouring an authentic platter of Caribbean food consisting of oxtails, mac n’ cheese and rice & peas. Stanford would never turn down good eats!
